General Manager - Simon Constant

Working in nightclubs for over 10 years, Simon has worked in 9 different venues across the country starting as a barman in 1999 culminating in a move to Bournemouth in March 2009. His passion for excellent entertainment and high standards of operation, coupled with an excellent Management team helped Lava Ignite win 'Bournemouth's Best Club' at 2009/10 Best Bar None Awards.
